Warm and colorful
After I knitted the first one, it was impossible to find another skein of the same color. In the yarn shop they helped me pick out a similar color. I'm not so sure I agree that it's similar. Not so much. No.
I do look a bit like Pippi Longstocking. But they are warm, and I guess that's what counts :-)

ReplyDeleteThey look great even if they are a bit different :) I'm having the same thing with my rainbow socks even with the same skein of wool the second sock is completely different looking than the first in color pattern but funky is fun *grin*. Definitely check out the pattern link for the socks as it is super easy I promise :) Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteRainbow socks sounds great :-) I have a beautiful sockyarn that I got as a gift a couple of years ago, but I just can't find it *annoying*. I will bookmark the link until later.
ReplyDeleteI love them. Very unique. ;) I have some rainbow socks too that are just regular socks, but they are toe socks! Which are like gloves for feet. My husband can't stand them. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I had a pair of toe socks, but I thought they felt so strange so I cut the toes off and used them as leg warmers for Nora when she was a baby ;-)
